Our commitment to customer success is unwavering
Our customers’ success fuels every decision at NinjaOne. When our customers thrive, so do we. This commitment is evidenced by our 98 percent Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score and under 30-minute average callback time. Thanks to a $231.5 million Series C funding round led by ICONIQ Growth early in the year, we’ve been able to devote even more resources to ensuring customer satisfaction. In fact, we invest 2 to 4 times more than typical B2B SaaS companies in support. This allows us to provide free and unlimited training, onboarding, and personalized support for every customer – even during a free trial period.
Additionally, NinjaOne’s product managers work with customers to drive and develop the product roadmap that solves current and future IT challenges. We publish that roadmap externally in detail, so customers know what’s coming.

We innovate intentionally
In 2024 alone, we’ve released more than 250 new features, enhancements, and products, each guided by customer feedback and built by a product management team with real-world IT experience.
One of our biggest product launches this year was our mobile device management (MDM) solution in June. This enables MSPs and IT teams to better monitor, manage, and secure Android and Apple mobile devices on their networks, so they can support more productive mobile workforces while reducing tech stack complexity and cost.
We’ve also introduced free Warranty Tracking for MSPs, automating the management and tracking of device warranties. This ensures clients never face disruptions due to warranty expirations—replacements are always ready, and new warranties in place ahead of time.
