With Ninja Data Protection, we are delivering a cloud-based file and folder backup solution, built from the ground up to be fast, reliable, secure, and fully integrated with our flagship RMM platform.
We know how critical it is for our customers to provide dependable backup, and they’ve told us how time-consuming it can be to configure, reconfigure, test, and double-check other solutions. That’s why we set out to create a backup solution that’s as intuitive and easy to use as it is rock solid and reliable. We felt confident that we could save customers sweat, stress, and money by streamlining setup, providing easier, more flexible controls, and offering true single-pane management via the NinjaOne portal.
With that goal firmly in place, we went to work. Now, thanks in no small part to our customers who served as beta testers and provided invaluable feedback, we’re ready to share Ninja Data Protection with the world.

We’re thrilled to see early indications that we’re hitting the mark with this solution, and we’re extremely excited to get it into more hands. One of the best things about this release is that there is no additional software to manage. Starting today, our customers can reach out to their account managers, ask them to flip the switch, and begin backing up data on any workstation that has a NinjaOne agent installed almost immediately.
Our hope is that this will help our customers extend and simplify backup coverage across remote workforces and those who have gone back to the office, alike.
Best of all, the native integration with our RMM platform also means that managing those backups requires essentially zero additional training or management burden. It truly is a seamless, single-pane-of-glass experience that directly aligns with our mission to remove complexity from IT management and make our customers’ jobs easier.
