The NinjaOne Global Partner Program – NinjaOne Now – has earned a 5-star rating in the 2025 CRN Partner Program Guide. We know our channel partners are critical to our continued success, so we’re excited to share this recognition. It underscores our promise to our partners and our joint customers to help them use the NinjaOne platform to automate the hardest parts of IT, enabling increased productivity, reduced risk, and lower costs.

We launched our NinjaOne Now Partner Program in 2024 and in 2025 we’re dedicated to deepening our relationships and collaboration with our partners. We’ll do this through expanded resources for our partners, including robust sales and technical certifications and our always free customer support.

The NinjaOne Now Partner Program

Joe Lohmeier, NinjaOne’s Global Channel Chief, has led the NinjaOne partner team in building a world-class partner program. The Partner Portal includes an intuitive interface that makes it easy to find the resources our partners need to understand and sell NinjaOne products, register deals, discover upcoming events, and access training. The Partner Training Academy currently offers three certifications to partners and their team members – Level One and Level Two Partner Sales Certifications and Partner Technician Certification.

NinjaOne has always been a customer-focused company, and our partner program was built on that same model. “The goal of our partner program is to drive growth for partners and success for customers,” says Lohmeier. “Our partners can take advantage of in-depth training and support in addition to marketing and sales resources that cultivate business specifically for the company’s channel partners.  In turn, our channel partners can help their customers more efficiently manage and secure their endpoints at scale.”
