In the G2 report on remote monitoring and management, we outpaced the average score on all metrics including product direction and ease of doing business with. Because our MSPs are a major part of our success, we’re particularly pleased to see that we continue to give them what they need with our Remote Monitoring and Management solution.

MSP customers comment that NinjaOne’s RMM solution makes them more efficient because they’re able to monitor, control, diagnose, and remediate not only their own network endpoints, but those of their clients as well. Endpoint management wins across all metrics

We set the G2 standard by scoring a 94 against the average 51 in G2 scoring for endpoint management platforms.

Patch management No. 1 for five straight quarters

We’re beginning to sound like a broken record, but when you’re doing things right, top scores follow. Just like with our high scores in endpoint management, our patch management solution continues to win rave reviews from our customers for its ability to secure their endpoints and automate difficult IT security tasks. While 90% of G2 reviewers reported reduced time spent on patch management a full 100% reported improved patch management. Customers cited the ease of setup and use as key factors in their satisfaction with our patch management solution.
