Another huge release is heading your way with our new Image Backup engine, Documentation upgrades, new automation scripts, MDM enhancements, and much more!
Introducing Image Backup
We’re excited to introduce our advanced Image Backup engine, now featuring intelligent deduplication to minimize storage usage, faster backup performance with chainless technology, and stronger data protection through immutable backups. This update applies immutability security enhancements across all backup types—File & Folder and Image—ensuring that once data is stored in the cloud, it remains secure and cannot be tampered with or improperly deleted.
Further Backup Enhancements
And that’s not all! Backup is moving and shaking with onboarding enhancements, dashboard clean ups, 2FA updates, and more! We’ve also added Cloud Image Mounting – so you can restore individual files directly to a specific machine from an image-level backup.
Documentation Upgrade
Solid documentation is a game-changer for IT teams, and NinjaOne Documentation makes it simple to standardize procedures, improve efficiency, and give techs instant access to critical information—all within the platform. This summer, we’re rolling out several updates to boost IT team productivity, including PDF exports for Runbooks, customizable Checklists for standardizing workflows, and secure storage for TOTP codes. Other key enhancements include better checklist permissions, email notifications for assigned items, a redesigned checklist table UI, checklist copying, and improved API endpoints for greater integration and automation.
