When my co-founder Chris and I started NinjaOne in 2013, we had a clear plan. Simplify the complexity of IT software. We felt existing vendors had lost product focus, were complex to use, and lacked an emphasis on the customer needs, making the already challenging job of being in IT that much harder. We set out to build a platform that simplified endpoint management by putting the customer needs at the center of everything, with an amazing product experience, that is highly scalable and secure.
Our vision was to build the best product and pair that with an unmatched customer support experience. When you take this vision and make industry-leading product innovation your top priority, hyper-growth will follow. And over the course of the last 10 years, that’s exactly what we’ve done.
We are proud to announce that NinjaOne raised a $231.5M Series C minority funding round led by ICONIQ Growth. While the founders retain control of the company, the ICONIQ team and our new board member, Roy Luo, share our vision of investing heavily in product innovation and fantastic customer support. We are humbled by ICONIQ’s investment in NinjaOne alongside generational successes like Snowflake, DataDog and CrowdStrike. This funding will allow us to accelerate driving innovation in the products Ninja provides today and look for new ways to make our customers more successful in the future – sticking to our founding vision for NinjaOne.
We’re Building Something Special
It’s never been harder to be in IT.
Revenue and productivity rely on IT. Customers, partners, and boards expect flawless security amid skyrocketing security risks. Your internal users expect everything to just work the exact second they need it. And, whether you’re an MSP or an IT team, you’re expected to do it all with tighter budgets in a down economy.
Endpoints are everywhere. Enterprises are managing an average of 135,000 endpoints. But, according to ESG, 90 percent of organizations say they’re not actively monitoring them. As endpoints become an increasingly leveraged threat vector, and as more organizations rely on endpoints for productivity, MSPs and IT teams are looking for an easier way to do endpoint management.
Today, NinjaOne automates endpoint management for more than 17,000 customers in over 80 countries. Companies like Hello Fresh, Network Coverage, Nissan, Nvidia, Pabst Brewing Company, Prime Care Technologies, State of California, and University of Oxford trust NinjaOne because, simply put, we make their lives easier.
When MSPs and IT teams have fewer headaches, they have more time to be strategic business partners for their organizations. We’re working around the clock to build groundbreaking innovations to improve productivity, reduce security risks, and lower IT costs.
Thank You!

I also want to thank our early customers and managed service provider partners that we have built trusted relationships with over the years. You have supported our efforts from the very beginning. Ninja will not break that trust we have built.
Finally, to all our customers, partners, fans, investors, and more – thank you, thank you, thank you. We truly value you, we won’t let you down, and if we somehow do, please drop me a line directly at [email protected] and I will personally try to make it right.
