BMC Helix Client Management is a reliable solution that could improve its user-friendliness and patch management tools. NinjaOne, on the other hand, offers the same features as BMC Helix Client Management while being rated #1 in patch management and renowned worldwide for being ridiculously easy to use, regardless of technical skill or experience.
Currently, BMC does not offer a free trial for its Client Management platform. Conversely, NinjaOne provides a 14-day free trial of its RMM, consistently rated #1 by G2.
BMC Helix Client Management offers detailed documentation for many of its features, but finding them may be challenging. On the other hand, NinjaOne users can immediately find its IT Hub, a comprehensive library of many technical terms, and the Ninja Dojo, for more advanced documentation of all its products.
BMC Helix Client Management offers excellent customer support, given basic IT concerns. That said, according to some G2 users, BMC’s help desk could improve its tailored and knowledgeable responses for more technical issues.
