ConnectWise Automate, previously known as LabTech, is a remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform that simplifies and automates managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoints. Its scripting function allows managed service providers (MSPs) and IT teams to automate routine processes and workflows and customize the platform to meet their needs.
ConnectWise comprises different products that are marketed independently or bundled together in suites. This makes the platform more complex than NinjaOne because NinjaOne is designed as a Complete Endpoint Management solution, offering a single platform with a cohesive interface and integrated functionality. The platform boasts a comprehensive endpoint management system that allows IT professionals, teams, and MSPs to centralize IT tasks, automate routine tasks, and gain control over device management from a single, unified platform. It follows a “single pane of glass” approach that many IT professionals find very beneficial in streamlining workflows.
