SyncroMSP doesn’t have a built-in backup solution. It partners with Acronis to provide a backup solution for its users, which may limit backup and restore flexibility for some users.

Users reported slow resolution times for SyncroMSP’s support tickets, with some users waiting days for their issues to be resolved. On the other hand, NinjaOne offers 24/7 tech support and ensures inquiries are answered promptly through its different support channels.

Like many other platforms for managed service providers, SyncroMSP offers patch management functionalities.
