Description
Legal Hold is available with NinjaOne SaaS Backup's Archiver plan. This feature allows a company to preserve all compliance-related documents requested by a legal body, regardless of any retention policies in place. NinjaOne SaaS Backup will freeze all retention for data placed in the legal hold until it is removed.
Creating a Legal Hold
1. In the NinjaOne SaaS Backup End-User Portal, log in to the organization for which you are placing the legal hold.
2. In the navigation menu, click Compliance, then select Legal Hold from the drop-down menu.
3. Name the Legal Hold, use the drop-down menus to enter the data type and specifics, and click Enable Hold.
