To enable NinjaOne MDM Android, Navigate to Administration > Apps > NinjaOne MDM Android and click Enable. Then you can add the first Android Enterprise (AE) connection, which consists of enrolling the company in Android Enterprise and establishing a connection between the company’s AE account and NinjaOne. NinjaOne streamlines the entire process. Since NinjaOne can manage multiple organizations or companies within a single tenant, each company typically has its own AE connection.
Adding Android Enterprise connections to NinjaOne
Follow the next steps to add a company to NinjaOne MDM Android.
- Navigate to Administration > Apps > NinjaOne MDM Android. The NinjaOne MDM Android Configuration screen appears.
Figure 1. NinjaOne MDM Android configuration screen. - Click + Add Android Enterprise on the right side. The Add Android Enterprise dialog box appears.
Figure 2. Add Android Enterprise dialog box. - Enter a name for the Android connection. This name will distinguish it from the other connections in NinjaOne. Normally the organization name goes here.
- Click the blue hyperlink under Step 2, this will take you to the Android Enterprise site.
Figure 3. Android Enterprise portal sign-in screen. - Enter the email account associated with this Android Enterprise account and click Next. After this, a verification email is sent to the email account. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm the account is valid.
- After confirming the email account, you will be taken to another page to continue filling out the information required by Android Enterprise.

Figure 5. Android Enterprise Account creation screen. - You will be prompted to sign in to the newly created account. After signing in, you’ll be redirected back to NinjaOne, where you’ll now see that NinjaOne MDM Android is enabled, and the company connection is added.
