How to Enable VPN Configuration with NinjaOne

NinjaOne MDM cannot currently fully configure a VPN, but you can still configure them on the device as long as you follow the below instructions to allow them to be enabled on the device.

  • Click on “Administration” on the left side. Under “Policies,” select “MDM Policies.”

  • To create a new policy, click “Create New Policy.” Or if you want to edit an existing one, choose it from the list.

Enable VPN on Android Device using NinjaOne, to allow users to access VPN connections, navigate to Restrictions and ensure that “VPN Configuration Disabled” is unchecked.

Enable VPN on iOS Device using NinjaOne, to allow users to access VPN connections, navigate to Restrictions and ensure that “Allow adding VPN configurations” is checked.
