NinjaOne Named a Representative Vendor in Gartner Market Guide for Endpoint Management Tools

In the recently released Market Guide for Endpoint Management Tools, Gartner® has named NinjaOne as a Representative Vendor. The Market Guide explains, “Gartner defines an endpoint management tool as a platform or tool that provides configuration management, patching and deployment of operating systems and applications for computers or devices.” The report is used to define the current state of a market, provide best practices and recommendations, and offer actionable insights that can be used to define and reshape business and IT strategies in the future.

A unified endpoint management (UEM) tool is the best way for organizations to manage employee devices, since overlapping tools increase complexity and total cost of ownership. As for the future of the market, Gartner expects autonomous endpoint management (AEM) and digital employee experience (DEX) to become a greater focus and priority to minimize manual effort and increase productivity.

NinjaOne provides visibility, security and control over all endpoints for more than 20,000 customers in 120+ countries with its automated endpoint management platform, making it simple to manage, deploy, and secure endpoints at scale in one, unified platform. NinjaOne recently announced NinjaOne AI for Patch Sentiment, which reduces patch complexity and improves efficiency by leveraging generative AI to provide comprehensive sentiment analysis for each Windows patch. Ninety-five percent of customers reported saving time by automating manual tasks with NinjaOne and increasing IT efficiency with NinjaOne’s automation.

“Endpoints are more pivotal than ever to organizations’ day-to-day operations and long-term success, but as endpoint growth accelerates and becomes more heterogeneous, they become more difficult for IT teams to manage efficiently without impacting the experience of employees, customers, and partners. We believe the Gartner Market Guide for Endpoint Management Tools reinforces the need for a unified and automated approach to endpoint management given the challenges and pressures IT faces,” said Pete Bretton, VP of Product Strategy at NinjaOne.
