May 10, 2022 – Austin, TX – Today, NinjaOne, the first unified IT management platform for MSPs and internal IT departments, kicked off its annual IT Security Summit. The summit brings together experts and thought leaders from across the MSP and IT ecosystems for a one-day summit to test attendees’ security skills and knowledge on everything from patch management and endpoint hardening to managing technical debt, user onboarding, and cyber insurance. In today’s ever-evolving threat landscape, this summit will provide practical discussions on how to efficiently manage the convergence of cybersecurity and IT.
“With the influx of new devices, applications, and other technologies to support remote teams, IT teams have been tasked with securing an ever-widening attack surface,” said NinjaOne Chief Trust Officer Mike Arrowsmith. “In today’s summit, we’ll examine how IT can make organizations thrive despite the risks by implementing automation and modern tools to scale security. Doing so will open new opportunities for IT teams and MSPs alike.”
Featuring enchanting sessions like Wisdom Check: Security Fundamentals, Revisited, and Critical Hit And Miss: Common Misconfigurations & Alert Handling Mistakes, viewers will be guided along a far-flung quest for IT security mastery by a wise and grizzled crew of clear-eyed practitioners and experts. A mid-day session on NinjaOne’s recent security-related updates as well as a Q&A with Chief Trust Officer Mike Arrowsmith will grant attendees valuable insight into the company’s priorities and philosophy.
